Specifically designed for heavy commercial applications, we've merged nature's unparalleled aesthetics with the latest in manufacturing innovation, introducing the novel Axi Backing to craft a carpet range that's as grounded as it is sophisticated. Our Rustic Grain carpet range boasts a multitude of specifications tailored for durability and performance. As a heavy commercial woven product, it employs Stainproof SDX, a Solution Dyed Nylon, with certain shades incorporating the eco-friendly Stainproof SDX Eco. It has an approximate pile height of 6.1 mm and a total thickness of around 8.4 mm. Each carpet's surface pile density measures about 0.159 g/cm, and its total mass is roughly 1832 g/m or 54.03 oz/yd. Ensuring resilience and longevity, the carpet comes with robust Axi Backing, comprising Polyester, Polypropylene, and SBR Latex. Technical performance is at the forefront of Rustic Grain's design. The carpet meets stringent fire classifications, such as Cfl S1 (EN 13501) and Class 1 (ASTM E 648), and has achieved notable ratings in colour fastness tests against light, water, and dry rubbing. Electrostatic propensity is minimised to -0.3 kV, ensuring user comfort. The carpet also shines in terms of thermal resistance, sound absorption, and insulation. Furthermore, it has passed the VOC tests, aligning with eco-friendly building standards.
